A member must at all times be a strong representative of Royalty Athletix and a positive reflection of his/her teammates. Abusive behavior, lying, and or any other form of negative behavior are grounds for removal from this gym. We will not tolerate comments about other teams and their programs. We teach; “Give respect to get respect.” Please remember that anything you say is a direct reflection on this organization online and in person.
NOTE: If you are caught sending rude or inappropriate messages you will be subject to immediate removal.
Teammates are expected to treat one another with mutual respect. Pettiness, gossiping or cliques, which attempt to exclude or alienate certain members will not be tolerated. Back talk, rolling of eyes or any other disrespect behaviors to staff, instructors or teammates is unacceptable. First offence: A warning will be given. Second offence: the athlete will sit out of practice until the problem is solved Further offences are grounds for removal. A problem between an athlete and staff member will first be addressed among the owners. If not resolved, a parent will be notified. The parent will be expected to assist in resolving the problem. A parent should never reprimand or discipline someone else’s child. We will handle any disciplinary problems privately and professionally with the appropriate families. We reserve the right to audio record any and/or all of the common areas of the gym. We value unity and peace and strive for quick resolution in appropriate manners.
Competitions will begin in December and finish the end of April. Each Competitive team will attend 5 or more regular season competitions as well as ONE bid competition, such as The Summit in Orlando, Florida at Walt Disney World, APEX Cheer nationals or The Title
